Cusco Fantastic, is a tourist package in Cusco, which includes the main attractions of the Imperial City of Cusco such as: Qoricancha, Saqsayhuaman, Sacred Valley tour of the Incas (Pisaq, Ollantaytambo, Urubamba, Taray). After visiting these places we will board the train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo) to visit our Machupichu sanctuary. Day 1

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN CUSCO – CITY TOUR IN CUSCO

  • The CITY TOURS will show you all the history of the city of Cusco from the attractions located within the city of Cusco such as the Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha) and the places around Cusco such as Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pucapucara and Tambomachay. ITINERARY

  • Then we go to QENQO: or K`enko, which means “labyrinth”, perhaps through the labyrinthine underground galleries or through the small canals carved into the rocks in a zigzag pattern.
  • Subsequent to PUCAPUCARA: The name PucaPucara comes from the Quechua voices puca, ‘red’, and pucara, ‘fortress or defended place’, meaning ‘red fortress’; the rocks with which it has been built turn reddish with the twilight.
  • Finally TAMBOMACHAY: This archaeological center in the time of the Incas was dedicated to the worship of water and so that the head of the Inca Empire could rest. It consists of a series of aqueducts, canals and several waterfalls that run along the rocks. The surprising thing about this is that, from a main waterfall, the Incas created two secondary waterfalls, which are exactly the same. That is, if one places two empty bottles, one in each waterfall, the two are filled at the same time.

Day 2

DAY 2: TOUR SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS

Our TOUR SACRED VALLEY, has as objective that you can know the most representative places of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Our TOUR FOR THE SACRED VALLEY can begin in the city of Cusco and end in the city of Cusco or start in the city of Cusco and finish the Ollantaytambo to continue with a TOUR IN MACHUPICHU.   • We approach our mobility and travel to PISAQ approx. 11:00 hrs we will visit the archaeological center of PISAQ, which includes a visit to the market in the town of the same name (45 min approx.).
  • PISAC MARKET, is our next stop located in the town of Pisac, this famous market is one of the most famous in Cusco you can get all kinds of agricultural products and medicinal plants, as well as souvenirs.
  • After a morning full of emotions comes our rich buffet lunch at the INKA HOUSE Y/O MAIZAL RESTAURANT located in Urubamba in one of the restaurants that offers the best presentations of typical dishes of the Cusco region.
  • Finishing our lunch we went to Ollantaytambo that in the time of the Incas, was a Tambo or lodging city, was a key point to reach the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu through the Inca Trail.
  • OLLANTAYTAMBO is one of the most monumental architectural complexes of the ancient Inca Empire, commonly called “Fortaleza”, due to its huge walls. The straight, narrow and picturesque streets today form fifteen blocks of houses located to the north of the main square of the city, which constitute in themselves a true historical legacy. Some colonial style houses are built on beautiful Inca walls polished with finesse.
  • To end our tour of the Sacred Valley on the way back to Cusco we will visit CHINCHERO, where the remains of the royal treasury of Túpac Inca Yupanqui are located. Admire its well preserved Inca Wall in the main square and visit the beautiful colonial temple with interesting frescoes in the portico, built on the foundations of an Inca building.
  • Return and Transfer to the city of Cusco.

Day 3

DAY 3: MACHUPICCHU TOUR (FULL DAY)

ITINERARY

  • Very early in the morning we will pick you up from your hotel at 4:00 approximately to transfer you to the Ollantaytambo station, which lasts 1 hour and 40 minutes of travel.
  • Upon arrival at the station and / or KM 82, we will proceed to board the train and go to the town of Aguas Calientes where our guide will wait for you to join you with the other members of the group.
  • They will be given the respective indications and will proceed to take the bus to ascend to the Inca citadel of Machupicchu, arriving there will start the guided tour of approximately 2 hours.

Day 5

DAY 5: MONTAÑA DE COLORES TOUR – VININCUNCA

The Rainbow Mountain of Peru, also known as Vinicunca, is impressive and can be seen in the spectacular Ausangate area. Day 6

DAY 6: TOUR VALLE SUR – CUSCO
