Rainbow Mountain Tour (Vinincunca)
The Rainbow Mountain of Peru, also known as Vinicunca, is impressive and can be seen in the spectacular Ausangate area. This trip that allows you to see the Rainbow Mountains requires a walk of at least 3 hours (3 hours each way up and down the mountain). On this hike you will find picturesque villages, beautiful adobe houses, herds of llamas and alpacas and you will have magnificent views of the Ausangate mountain (6,385 m), the highest mountain in the Cusco region.

Itinerary
DAY 1: RAINBOW MOUNTAIN TOUR – VININCUNCA
- To start the tour of the mountain of colors, at 4:30 hrs. We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco and start the trip to the Mountain of Colors.
- After 2.30 hrs in our transport we arrive at JAPURA where we will have our breakfast.
- We will continue in our mobility for 30 ‘until we reach QAYRAWIRI where our adventure begins.
- We will walk 4 km (2 hrs approx.) Through bofedales, lagunillas, surrounded by llamas and alpacas that will be grazing in our environment.
- After a wonderful walk, we will finally arrive at the Mountain of Colors, where we will realize that the effort was worth it, our senses will be amazed when contemplating the environment that surrounds us, many mountains with snow the most impressive is the APU SARININI .
- After a time (40 ‘) to take the respective photos we will initiate the return.
- At 1:30 p.m. We will take our transport to JAPURA where we will have lunch.
- Return to the city of Cusco
